These are just a few of the comments from sales professionals who attended WCR Atlanta’s Educational Forum on Thurs. July 19th 2007 from 9:45 to 11 a.m. at the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®.   Members enjoyed networking, learning, and a bountiful breakfast provided by Leslie Gleisner, closing attorney with Campbell & Brannon LLC, and Megan Ball of CTX Mortgage.  

Linda (Faulkner) Walker, Education Committee Co-Chair, helped host the forum with National Affiliate Sandy Lawrence of REALinTouch Coaching.  Sandy, who is a national speaker, facilitated the idea-exchange among members, shared "5 Powerful Reasons to Network," and explained how to use “permission marketing” to turn strangers into friends, and friends into loyal customers.

Faith in Business
Souly Business for Women, a weekend retreat created specifically for Christian women in today's marketplace, provided intimate fellowship, meaningful worship, time alone with God, and eight empowering messages shared by women in business and ministry.

During the all-inclusive retreat

Lawrence joined over 690 real estate professionals for committee meetings, awards ceremonies, inauguration meetings and continuing education sessions in the newly renovated Grand Hotel and Convention Center on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay.

Point Clear is located east of Mobile, AL, adjacent to the town of Fairhope, AL.  The quaint resort area had suffered massive damage from Hurricane Katrina in 2005, but successfully re-opened for convention business in August 2006.
